(Philly) A Bicycle (customer service) revolution??

So... I'm not here in an attempt to badmouth or slander a fairly good dude that the community of ss/fg riders in Philly seem to adore. I know "Fuzzy" (ie: bicycle revolutions) is mostly lauded, applauded and respected for his work. I bought two bikes from him after moving here from Chicago and sent others to him for theirs. I also had a string of fairly basic repairs done there and been pleased with the work It's not like I don't get it.
But lately, last year or so, "fuzzy" doesn't seem to have a moment to spare unless you're interested in one of his complete builds or if you're sniffin' around one of the colorful deep v wheelsets.
Just recently my front wheel needed some truin' love and he treated me like I was an obstacle, an annoyance, rather than a loyal and regular customer. He just kept looking at me and unpacking boxes and treating a delivery guy like a punk. Then he said "Whats wrong?" as if to infer that he was surprised that i was still there even tho i hadn't been helped. I waited and waited offered to come back... Fuzz shook his head. I offered to help him however he needed. He Shook his head, till eventually, I threw my bike on my shoulder and walked the 5 blocks west.
It seems to me the small time guys with the small-time repairs, on their small time budgets, (thats all me) are not within the scope of how he sees his business progressing. Which I have NO problems with, but please don't perpetrate like you want to take on all repairs. If you just want to build wheels and sell complete set ups, sell top of the line parts and accessories, and be in the cool part of town... than just say so. Then we'll all know where to go... and for what.
Sad, in a way, that I wont be back. I'll really miss Buddha...
