If people are satisfied with the quality of the bikes & with the names being brought out and rights to use them on the bikes then so be it. Be it manufactured @ the original company's plant or @ another plant, if it bares the same, then it is one. That is like saying a fender squire is not a fender because it is made in Mexico.
