the bearings are fine and run real smooth/broken in. they're all sealed too. might just get stuff cleaned and regreased though.

so a US bottom bracket is pretty much standard? i dont have to worry about spindle length and all that stuff? i'm just worried that if i get a new bb and spindle i wont have a straight chainline. unless i'm mistaken.

i'm running a straight cable so i took off the gyro stuff. dumb question but what's a good length to run? i got 4 feet of housing from work. seems enough.
