72 (coal creek) is less safe than GGC (hwy 46) imo. I've dropped 72 (wheeee!) and come up golden gate. In the morning thats a pretty good option. And a great days riding. This weekend will probably see a ton of aspen gazers. Which may crowd the roads up here with auto-freds. I hadn't thought of that before, but valygrl reminded me.
