Tom Cotter- i hear ya. In my area, I've actually probably seen more dumb cyclist moves, than dumb driver moves. People on bikes here tend to be wicked dumb. Between BMXers who just ride across the street without looking to see who is coming (or fail to notice that they are in oncoming traffic), ninjas, old people on cruisers who run the sidewalks and just bump across streets without looking to see if cars are coming, etc.... it's pretty bad. But hey, the drivers are so used to lousy cyclists, that when they see me come along, they are happy to see me!!!
