Maine is not one of those affected areas in regards to the current gas shortage. Legal blindness prevents me from operating a motor vehicle. I do, however, ride a bicycle for transportation, exercise, health, and for enjoyment. If I were able to drive and the city I live in were affected, I would be glad that It wouldn't directly impeed my daily life.
