Thank you. I am consuming coffee in the morning which has caffeine as well as the guarana.
I do eat some fish during the week as well, maybe every other day or less. I dont know how long caffeine stays in the body, I stop drinkning it by 8:30 am.
I will try walking around during my break and see what that does. I guess I was more wondering if there are any obvious deficiencies in my diet as I don't eat any red meat, poultry maybe once a week, and as I said fish (tuna, salmon) every other day or less.
