Adjust the high stop screw. And as far as the rubbing goes, there is a trim on your left brifter (the one that controls the front.) When you are in the middle chain ring, you can go either one click up or down without shifting. Use this when you notice you are rubbing in the middle.
The thing is, there was absolutely no rubbing at all for the first 1000+ miles that I had this bike, it just kind of started happening in the past couple days. Is it normal for a derailleur to fall out of adjustment like that?
