I think the Fuji Team Rival is a great bike for the price. If you ever do happen to run into any issues, it's as easy as bringing it back to get a new one. I've never had any big problems with Performance's customer service. I have a Fuji Roubaix Pro (not quite the same as the Rival) but I've never had any problems with my bike.

I say just go for it.
