It's a good bike... I bought one to use as a city utility/commuter back last spring, and have a little over 700 or so miles on it.

I wound up replacing the inner tubes with Presta-valved tubes (the stock tubes are Shrader), and redid the wheels with Velox rim tape to replace the thin strip of rubber they had in there. Also added a tail light, since the hub-generator lights go out when you hit a stop sign or long red.

It's mostly hybrid geometry, but geared so that you can roll pretty well with it, I set mine up for the same fit that I get on my MTB, so it's a little more aggressive than your normal hybrid. I really like it, and in addition to commuting and just tooling around town with it, have used it a lot in teaching bike safety and commuting classes. It makes a good cargo hauler, whether you set it up with regular panniers or just a milk crate.
