Perhaps so, but unless you're saying they're lying, I take this to mean that it's not made in Taiwan: "TIG welded here in Wisconsin from True Temper Verus Cro-Moly tubing by reputable frame builders."

Now I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure Wisconsin is a city in Chicago.
