OK. I was taught not to hit women or knock them down. If it's a joke, it's a crude one. I don't get the funny part. Perhaps she deserved what she got. I can't figure how, but I wasn't there. Because she listened to music, she should be attacked from behind? I would have ridden off the path first. Where I'm from, it's bad form to crash people while overtaking.
