39/15=18.6mph at 90 rpms
46/15=22mph at 90rpms.
I would stop changing your gearing to learn to skid, and get a gear that will let you go the speed you want to at 90-100rpms(http://software.bareknucklebrigade.c...it.applet.html). You can skid with a 46/15 if you just learn good technique.
