Got it.

Full C-Record, no parts were swapped from the original, to include the wheels.

Black duct tape for handlebar tape, no hoods.

Test ride last night.............full blown ROCKET.

Campagnolo Omega rims etc.

"Campione del Mondo 1966-1985-1986" Badges all over.

"Carnielli 1909-1989" badge, and "Carnielli Hand Made" "Made in Italy" etc.

Columbus "Acciaio Speciale" (the usual)

Quick measurement 57.6 C to C (trained eye! good guess)

The 1909-1989 sticker says "60 years in sports" and looks like a commeretive type decal, so it is at least 1989.

Columbus dropouts

BB stamped SL2 **** 58 (**** is serial) so the factory callout is 58 CM.
