so i had to go to etobicoke last night for the daily bread food bank's AGM (i'm an member agency representative)... i was sitting at a table with some random people, and mentioned to the lady beside me that i had ridden my bike to get there. she responded by asking if i had lights, which i assured her i did. at the end of the event, we said goodbye and she watched me pick up my pannier and helmet to leave. as i was unlocking my bike (and putting my lights on) the lady walked by me and said "oh! you really are going to ride your bike!"
