they look a bit different, especially the back of the brake, than the Record Deltas.
I have a pair and they work well, are a bit fiddly to set up but once you get it right
the do stop well.

You're right! They are Croce d'Aune calipers ( not up to speed on Deltas). What about the rest of the components? I just assumed it was C-Record, but the springs on the outside of the caliper bodies was dead giveaway after you pointed it out. Gotta start getting back up to speed on the C-Record years.
As to braking, the bike stops on a dime.
