Framest condition-

I plan on unloading the frameset (totally stripped), and have some PM's but nothing solid. In case it doesn't work out............

Forks- Straight with no crash scuns. Light surface rust, with the most being on top of the fork crown. Wheel nice and centered.

Frame- 58 CM with paint flaking in areas. Fully chromed, with underlying chrome on the frame being actually very good with no surface rust. Light surface rust on chainstay. All decals "readable" (for resto purposes). No ripples or tube damage evident. Will know more after I strip all compoments. Appears to have no rust inside the frame (seat tube inspection).

I would say that it would be a good candidate for someones next "money pit" and could use a pro resto paint job ($400.00+). Nice bike, but not my size. I ride 55.5 or 56cm frames. If it had a 56cm frame, I would resto it myself.

The ride is super nice.

PM if interested.
