It's a good price if the bike works.

Take a ride, run it through the gears, use both the front and rear brakes, and make sure the wheels are decently true.

Then do an inspection of the bike looking for any damage from a possible crash. If the pain is intact and you don't see and dents or cracks in the frame, go for it.
