Bikes: Ebay Bikes... =)

for tonights hammer ride I followed the suggestions on joe friels blog (earlier link) and I moved the cleats full back.

I won the sprint at the end so I was happy. (in the saddle sprint up to 36.x mph)

I would say that compared to last nights hill-repeat ride, the cleat-back position gives more power. RPM was not affected as I was able to spin up as fast as I wanted without any issues.

As a side note, I did not adjust my saddle position or seating position or seat-post height.

=) I am using nashbar alloy road bike pedals with cromo spindles.
