How can I force my bike to wear panniers?

I have been using a smallish Novara commuter backpack. Most days it's big enough but some days I just have too much stuff to haul to work. In the Summer, the pack makes me hot. I want to get a rack and panniers to get the clothes and laptop off my back but the bike isn't cooperating.

Problems:
1. Bike has a CF frame and no braze ons (Cadex CFM2)
2. I'm not crazy about seatpost racks because of the large clamp and lack of rack angle adjustment.
3. There are so many racks, I don't even know where to begin looking.

Anyone have any advice to attaching a std. rack designed for braze ons to a carbon fiber frame?
The seat stays have and rounded rectangle cross section. Is there some kind of wrap-around "instant braze on" clip I can get that will secure the rack w/o stressing the carbon fiber tube in a bad way?
