I'm a cancer survivor -- the conquer cancer ride has much more appeal than the MS ones. But they advertise so heavily that I am worried about how much of the fund raising goes on admin stuff. i went to an orientation and it looks like very little of the $2500 is used for administration/etc.
aprox 2800 cyclists last year raised 14million... lets do the math...
14000000 divided by 2800 equals
$5000 per rider. i know some guys raised like $250000 but you can probably count them on your fingers...
its a good cause and im doing it because i've never done anything like it.
