Well if you think the frame will fit you then I say go for it. I've alays known Fuji to make some halfway decent bikes, and they were'nt junk. That 4130 cro-moly frame says something right there because frame manufacturers dont just give that away. Check the frame for any cracks or breaks or any signs of bad pitting or rust. Also carefully check under the top tube near the head lug for any dimpling as that could be an indicator of a bent fork tube.

I had a Fuji 'Palisade' from the mid 80's and it was a good bike.
