I'm not sure how big your laptop is, but my Gateway tablet fits into a Carradice SQR Slim with room left for clothes.

Something else that may be an option, though I don't know if there's a local source (not that ordering from overseas isn't easy enough to do these days) but this backpack that can attach to your seatpost looks like something that may work for you as well. This company has more here.
