Thanks to you all for the replies.

Regarding the crash, it wasn't that bad. It was a lay down at around 22mph after hitting a rail road track. I smacked pretty hard and slid for what seemed like forever but really not that bad. The worst part was that a car behind me missed my nose by about two inches. I saw the tires go by my face as I was sliding. The lady driving the car was more shaken up than I was because she thought she hit me.

Anyway, I think I'll take the suggestion that I spend a long period of time and just ride. I'm going to have to find some long lonely road with a wide shoulder.
