What can pain at the muscle/knee around the top of the knee indicate? The discomfort seems to jump around...ugh... It is feelin stronger though today.
Like...the pain is never sharp...its always dull and annoying...and while cycling its not like ill feel a pain at a specific point in my stroke...ill actually notice it less while cycling except for a little weakness, and then later itll get worse.
By less toe in, i suggest pivoting the cleat so that the toe of your shoe points straight ahead, or even a few mm outward.
I have a bunch of links somewhere about all this. I'll try to dig them up and post here.
The pain I had -- also dull, but annoying and worrysome -- dogged me for the better part of this past spring, until I got my shoes and seat set up right.
