Stuck seat posts are incredibly common - search the "Bicycle Mechanics" posts on this Forum and you'll find plenty of helpful suggestions on how to free or remove it. My favourite method involves a scrap saddle, penetrating oil, a massive long lever, brute force and a bit of patience! I'll try to find some links to post for you
