I have used the new Keo "grip" cleats for about 300 miles. On the positive side, the cleats are easy to walk in. On the negative side, (1) the grip material makes it considerably more difficult to clip in, (2) the cleats have a tendency to squeak under hard climbing and (3) the rubber wears very fast. My overall rating is unsatisfactory. This morning, I just switched back to the "original" Keo cleats with the teflon surfaces.
