Here is the Grand Prix I found at a local flea mkt the other day. It is just as I found it except for a good washing and some steel wool. I aired the tires up, lubed the cables, chain, and derailers and went riding. It feels great. The rims are not right. Some of the spokes seem too loose and when you apply the breaks they do alot of skipping around. I was thinking maybe the sides are not true.

Anyway, I am going to replace the steel wheels with inexpensive Weinmann alloys, throw on some new tubes and tires, new chain, and replace the derailers and shifters with old Suntour stuff. Oh, and new brake pads and cables. I will also add a few accessories like a cycle computer, saddlebag, and frame mounted pump.
