I think it will be easy to convince companies that are or want to be perceived as "green". Or those that have "wellness" programs. For all other companies that don't really care about this stuff, the administration of this is an extra hassle and may not be worth the effort to offer it.

I can't imagine anyone getting fired for asking about it, though.
