Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the big decals (down tube and top tube) are removable, while the small emblems (that don't look that bad to me) are not.

The frame is made for a threadless fork/stem, so you'll have to use an adapter if you want to use your threaded. You might look at the suggested rake on their website, as well.
