It's a 1988 Nishiki Modulus. This is a very nice bike, approximately equivalent to a Prestige, but with Shimano components. Originally had Exage Sport 12 speed equipment throughout. It was 4th from the top out of 9 road bikes that year. Very nice find. One of my personal favorites because of that paint scheme. Too bad I could never find one in my size at a reasonable price.
