"Ibanez" tubing? Since when did the guitar maker branch out into bikes? Clearly it's no Colnago, looks like a decent Japanese frame (maybe Ishiwata tubing) and with a Tange chrome replacement fork. If the rust hasn't done serious damage it could clean up to be a nice rider...but not worth that price.
