i will stop for a light in the city ... on the side streets is all game-day decisions. i look at it in this oder:
1/ don't get killed.
2/ get don't stop unless you have to wizz.
3/ rules of the road are only guidelines it is all about #1 and #2 above.

so to answer the question ... yes and no ... and there is some minivan and tractor trailer drafting going on too ... :-) just last night i had a minivan off her passenger side for a solid 1/4mi draft at about 40mph.
