Cyclo 72 freewheel is measuring right at 29.0 mm maximum o.d. where the prongs would fit...
and they should be less than 7.0 mm wide.

Prongs of a recommended French tool the VAR #188 measure 28.57 mm o.d. and only 5.22 mm wide.
