I have a history of heart disease - I had a heart attack 6 years ago. I carry life insurance. If I were my insurance company, I'd be giving a discount for the fact that I commute to/from work on a bike. Far more americans die on the sofa with a bag of potatoe chips in their hand than die on bicycles - If you ask me, insurance companies should charge higher premiums for those with well worn sofas.
