Apropos of this, and in the interest of keeping this hijack going, I love PT. I've done it for a chronic knee problem and a dislocated shoulder. It's the shiz. You show up, they give you strange and difficult exercises to do, you get tired, you leave. Nice structured play time that makes you stronger. Yes please!
If only I could motivate to do it all by my self.
