I'm ready to begin my interval training now. I am just curious what people around here have started w/ as their interval training?
I'm looking to build speed and endurance. I would also like to be able to tackle in some hills

I know that the only way to do these things is to ride ride ride and ride hills... but am just curious to see what has worked for the members here.
