I'd ignore it because that's what every other life insurance company does. Just because you ride now is meaningless. You'll probably quit before you die or your term life expires. So the health effects are moot. And the extended danger is tiny. You're probably slightly safer because you're less likely to go swimming.
I just bought life insurance. They didn't want to know anything about lifestyle beyond smoking and drinking and drugs.
