Nope 130 is standard so your frame is modernish by the definitions of this forum. You could put campagnolo bora ultras on your bike if you want. You will have to use a cassette however and if you want to use 7 speed you'l need a spacer on the inside of the freehub, though you can run up to 11 speeds if you like (campagnolo). Any shop with road bikes will have wheels which will fit your bike.
