I took this Suntour bar end shifter out of a donor bike and found out why there was an inch of duct tape wrapped around the handle bar end. I need the expander wedge pieces, or even the whole shifter? It's for the front derailleur. Help?

update 10/14/08: Thanks for the many responses, but I am pretty sure I have this taken care of now.
