Imeridian Dark Orange Team - Practice Yoga more often -- at least every other day.,Secondarily I'd really like to get my fit/saddle issue resolved.

JoelS Mint Team - My goal is to ride more than I did last week. The weather wasn't good. Hopefully this week will be better. I'd also like to drop another pound. Lastly, I really need to eat a little less dinner.
JoeMetal Blue Team - 1) Commute 4-5x a week 2) Do 50-75 miles 3) Have fun 4) Eat smaller things 4-5x a day instead of a big meal 1-2x a day.

TechKnownGN Third Hand Team - Commute to work 3 times this week (32 miles total), Commute to bike shop on saturday (8 more miles), Ride for fun on sunday (10 more miles),Total: 50 miles,Lose 5 pounds, Drink only water (except breakfast cereal milk, and one can of diet soda) each day.
theetruscan Geek Team - Week 1 half marathon training program, total 19 miles run, 2 drinks total for the week. 75 miles on the bike, I'm traveling a bit, shed 2 pounds.
Timokobo Asalama Team - Go to gym 5 times during the week and also limit my calorie consumption to 1800 calories a day. My other goal is to be 265 by next Monday

Wandalyn Bronze Team - 1) Lose @ 1 lb. 2) Do a 35 mile ride comfortably in prep for the Nov. 22 El Tour de Tucson short (35 mi.) event. My longest ride so far is 31 miles and I was pooped! I'm up to 25-26 comfortable miles at this point. 3) Do 3 exercise videos, 45-60 min. each.
