I'd suggest reading up on conversions vs track frames. Track frames with real track geometry, again isn't what you really want if you're commuting/riding on the road 30-40km a day. Something to really think about.

Going back-
Yeah, i think a track frame is a little too much.
All i want is a Fixed gear/ single gear bike that rides good, is reliable and that i can use for about 30-40 km of riding around town.
I am willing to spend up to 500-700 best ideas?
