I was stationed in Keflavik, and the only thing I noticed there was a large amount of BUDS drops that were sent to be 9545 to "keep them sharp", so you had a bunch of wanta bes that couldn't be patroling often. But we had Icelandic police on base as well, and they were pretty decent. (Over all, as a country, Iceland was pretty ideal government wise, and was beautiful. ) But it was a mix as in anything of good and bad. I can admit that I have not always law abiding nor do I always behaved in a cooperative manner. So, I could have brought a lot of situaitons on my self.

However, with Mr. MP in the Dingo, he clearly needed to be beaten about the head and face with a closed fist. I just didn't have the grapes to do it. Or my common sense kicked in for once in my life. Either way.
