What are some good shops that are fixed gear friendly? I am even considering buying a new bike with everything already set. I am bikeless! and it sucks
with operators informative posts, i can certainly vouch for their service/knowledge/selection.
my own fixed gear was carefully pieced together off of craigslist, however a few parts are just too rare on the 2nd hand market, ie,. new 1/8th chain, nitto noodle bars, and 3ttt record 84 stem - these are the only store-bought components on my bike, and all provided by urbane, in stock, at more than reasonable prices.
they also put up with a lot of my stupid questions as no one else i knew had built a fixed gear.
