I sandwich my weight workout between two 60 minute roller sessions. I lift for 60-75 minutes including abs. 7 sets each squats, extensions, seated curls, calf raises (5 sets) and then 15 minutes or so of abs. Right now I'm building towards sets of 6 in the max strength phase but I start around sets of 12 and then build the weight up pretty slowly. 90 seconds rest between sets. I'll take this for the next 6 or 8 weeks and then move on to the next phase.
