i had that exact wheelset on my conversion. it's what the LBS sold me becuase of the old frame I was converting, 27" inch wheels were the correct size for it. it was bad because it definitely limited me to getting a whole new wheelset once i got a track specific frame. with all that said, they are definitely good wheels, double walled rims, whatever else.
edit: i shouldn't say what the LBS sold me was bad, they were right. they sold me the right wheelset for the frame. i just didn't know enough at the time
