I picked up this set and they seem decent - $155 shipped and they came with rim tape(save a few $). They were true out of the box, but the spoke tension varied a little(not a show stopper).

After riding on them for a while I picked up a truing stand and tensiometer and retentioned them. Solid now.

I looked around a bit and did a lot of reading on this site before pulling the trigger and ordering them. Given everyone's input in the threads, this wheelset is a pretty solid buy.
