I use these cages every day. That fine bike is covered with dust now. Both of the tires are flat. Another odd thing is that it is not locked, but it has a huge, burly lock in the holster on the frame. And both of the tires are flat.

Last week someone put a leaflet for a public storage company in the spokes. Possibly a member of the facilities staff.

I thought they might have flattened the tires to prevent theft, but why not just lock it, too? The lock is there, unused. And anyone with a combination to the cage can just drive off with it or walk it out of there.

Strange.
Could be someone left it there for emergency transportation if he misses the last bus, car pool, or car doesn't start. Can't explain no lock, but apparently hasn't needed one in the cage, so far.
