the peoople on the bike pub should be pulled over and given a breathalizer. thats a DUI on public roads, even though they are not driving i'm pretty sure it still counts. you can't have drunk people on a bike falling off the bike seat in the middle of a busy street.
It was only starting this year that you could legally drink on the thing. The driver doesn't drink and most of the people probably don't either while actually on it. It has a top speed of maybe 5 mph.
It's used for pub/bar/restaurant tours. I guess there was only one company in the U.S. willing to provide insurance. Anyway, one of the routes runs by my house. For what it's worth the people seem to really enjoy themselves while still managing to keep it going straight.
