Was I a victim for road rage?

I was out on a short ride of a local MUP. At one point the MUP crosses a road leading to a shopping plaza.

The cross traffic had a red light. There was a woman in a large SUV in the right hand lane. She had the option of making a right turn on red but remained stopped at the red light.

Every time I come to a situation like this, I try to make eye contact with the driver. I established eye contacted and proceeded to cross on my green. I maintained eye contact as I started to cross. The next thing I know, the truck lurches toward me and the woman slammed on the brakes. I was even more shocked when it happened again, this time she slammed the brakes, stopping the truck a foot or two awy from me.

A little shocked, by the incident, I rode on and cleared the intersection.

After some time for my head to clear, I thought maybe she wanted to threaten me with the truck because I had the nerve to cut in front of her on my green.

OK maybe she really did not see me the first time and for whatever reason decieded to make her right turn on red. She then saw me and slammed on her brakes. Why then would she come at me a second time?

What was really strange, in this whole incident her expression did not change during the whole incident. She didn't act surprised to see me there, she did not appear angry because I was there. Her expression was like I was not even there at all.
